                   A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
                   GWEN R. TIDWELL AS CITY COURT CLERK.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the appointment of Gwen R. Tidwell 
by
       the City Court Judge of Division I, with the approval of the City 

       Court Judge of Division II, as City Court Clerk be and is hereby
       confirmed to be effective April 6, 1992, at Pay Grade 17, Step 6, 

       with an annual salary of $36,678.00, bi-weekly $1,410.69.
